By using StuddyBuddy ("we", "our", or "us"), you ("user") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our app.
To use StuddyBuddy, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
StuddyBuddy is a completely free AI-powered app designed to help school students convert their notes into flashcards, summaries, and other study aids. You agree to use the app only for studying or interpreting your own notes. You may not use the AI for any other purpose, including avoiding payment or unauthorized uses.
The AI services are provided by Google’s Gemini 2.0 model. Handwritten notes may be processed using Google Cloud Vision API to convert them into text. We are not responsible for how Google uses your data or any issues arising from these third-party services.
The app is provided "as-is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that StuddyBuddy will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by clicking the Trash Can icon on the main page. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes implies your acceptance of the new Terms.
